Experience in Employment & Industrial Relations practice area.
Experience in assisting/handling disputes relating to dismissal, non-compliance and other trade disputes.
Familiar with Industrial Relations and Employment Law, specifically in the area of disciplinary process management of poor performers, reorganisation and/or retrenchment, transfer of employees, voluntary separation schemes (VSS), collective bargaining, union recognition, statutory benefits, employees’ handbook and policies. Good writing/drafting and analytical skills.
