We advise and represent sophisticated commercial entities and high net-worth individuals on issues that may arise during the currency of the project in order to avoid claims, disputes and arbitration.

  • Acted for a property manager in an arbitration with the developer arising from a Property Management Agreement
  • Acted for the employer in an arbitration with a software developer arising from an agreement to develop software for an insurer
  • Acted for a joint venture partner in an arbitration in Mumbai, India with the other two joint venture partners arising from the proposed development of oil and gas marginal fields of the west coast of India
  • Representative for a sub-contractor in a mediation with the main contractor arising from the sub-contract for the Electrified Double Track Project between Rawang and Ipoh
