The Malaysian government had agreed to allow businesses in selected sectors to resume operations in stages during the Movement Control Order Phase 3 (MCO 3) period from 15 April 2020 to 28 April 2020, on condition of strict adherence to health and safety guidelines. Following to this, the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) then published the additional sectors that are allowed to operate during the MCO 3 period in the MITI Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) On MCO No 3, on 13 April 2020.
