Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (Amendment) Act 2018 comes into force on 1 June 2020.

Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (Amendment) Act 2018 is an Act to amend the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009.

New Section 17A imposes a corporate liability on organisations, who may now be held accountable for the corrupt offences committed by their employees or any persons deemed associated with the organisations.
