Majlis Keselamatan Negara Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) implemented throughout Sarawak, Kedah, Kelantan, Pulau Pinang, Perak, Selangor, WP Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan dan Johor from 5 March until 18 March 2021.

The infographic highlights the SOP Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat (PKPB) Majlis Keselamatan Negara as issued and updated by the National Security Council on 5 March 2021.

Latest amendments:
  • WP Kuala Lumpur and Selangor are considered as one zone and crossing movements are allowed.
  • Creative Industry - the total number of management, artist and crew is limited to 70% of its original capacity.
  • Education - All education institutions registered with the Ministry Of Education (MOE) can operate subject to the decision and announcement by MOE from time to time.
  • Cinema activities no longer listed under the Prohibited Activities.
  • Physical-contact sports activities carried out more than the 50% capacity of the site with no supervision control.
  • Spa, reflexology, massage, and wellness including pedicure and manicure service are allowed to operate.
  • Seminars/ Workshops/ Courses/ Training/ Conferences/Talks/ Exhibitions and all related activities of Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE); Government and private, formal and informal events, and social events; Face-to-face meetings for official business/work held in offices, hotels, and other institutions; and Cultural and Tourism Activities to attract tourists are allowed to operate at 50% capacity.
  • The capacity of attendance of employees for the public service is based on the Circular/ Instruction of the Public Service Department (JPA). Meanwhile, the private sector is based on 30% for the Management Group and the number of operating/support employees is set by the employer.
