Ainal Marlinda Md Said and Muhammad Nurhaziq Abdullah from Zul Rafique & Partners’ Corporate Real Estate practice group have advised and acted for The New Straits Times Properties Sdn. Bhd., wholly owned by The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad and a subsidiary of Media Prima Berhad for the proposed disposal of one parcel of leasehold industrial land measuring approximately 23,370 square metres to Alam Flora Environmental Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as DRB-HICOM Environmental Services Sdn. Bhd.).

The Properties are two single storey detached warehouses located at Bandar Sultan Sulaiman, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor. The total disposal consideration is for the amount of MYR25,000,000.00.
