What we're looking for:

SENIOR LEGAL ASSOCIATE (EMPLOYMENT & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS)


The candidate must possess the following:
 
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Employment & Industrial Relations and Litigation practice area.
  • Experience in independently handling Court matters relating to High Court judicial review/appeal, Industrial Court dismissal, non-compliance and other trade disputes.
  • Familiar with Industrial Relations and Employment Law, specifically in the area of disciplinary process management of poor performers, reorganisation and/or retrenchment, transfer of employees, voluntary separation schemes (VSS), collective bargaining, union recognition, statutory benefits, employees’ handbook and policies.
  • Good writing/drafting and analytical skills.
  • A team player/hardworking and able to work independently.
